Comments: This contractor was prompt and very knowledgable. He gave us the cost up front and explained what he would do. The initial cost covered a two hour window and he felt that would be enough to get the job done. Ne was done in about 1 1/2 hours. He also gave us a tip on how to keep the drain open. Overall, this was a pleasant experience and my drain is working perfectly!

Comments: This was a broken cast iron sewer pipe that was in our basement, connecting to the outside pipe through the foundation wall. We could not use our bathrooms (or any water for that matter), so I was thankful that Brian's response was quick. The day he came to replace the pipe, he brought a helper to ensure that the job would be finished in one day. The guys were very personable and the cost was very reasonable for the job they had to do. They also completely cleaned up the inside and outside work sites before they left. I highly recommend Drain Kings - and Brian - and would have them back any time I had a plumbing issue!

Comments: Had two unrelated emergency drain problems over the course of a week. Both times, Brian Green was here the day after I called and solved both of them. Work was done professionally and the price was very good. He told me what he thought the problem was, explained what he was going to do, and told me what unforeseen problems might be encountered. He gave me all the prices right up front. I would strongly recommend Drain Kings for any drain issues.

Comments: When I called yesterday I was at my wit's end. Both toilets in my house had decided to stop flushing. I'd tried numerous commercial solutions, all to no avail. When Brian showed up, he had both toilets fixed and running in about 15 minutes. It's been a long couple of weeks, with lots of crazy work stressors, and I cannot say how grateful I am to have someone come in and quickly resolve the problem and provide advice for on-going maintenance in the future.

I have nothing but POSITIVE FEEDBACK to provide about the Owner of Drain Kings. He was honest. He did not try to take advantage of a woman coming up from out of town, trying to get work done. He explained the process to me. At first, when we thought the project was smaller, he brought in a qualified partner to help coordinate with him to complete the repair. Once the drain was properly scoped again , we found that the job was larger then anticipated. He explained why the job was too large for his company and called in an expert that he had worked with before to take a look at the job. (A less reputable company would have taken advantage) I am extremely grateful for Brian (with Drain Kings) and Mike (subcontractor): for their expertise , honesty, and most of all INTEGRITY, which is a rare commodity these days. I am glad I had to pay a little up front to redo a test. It most likely will save me money down the road. With Kindest Regards.
